Training & Support
Our extensive new associate training program takes you through 18 months of personal coaching, role-playing, and weekly classes where you'll learn everything from mastering the fundamentals to building a successful financial services practice. You will have access to in-house specialists and wholesalers, who can share their subject matter expertise on the latest products and services.
Our live training program is further enhanced with MassMutual University - a state-of-the-art online training curriculum that delivers strategic marketing, underwriting and business fundamentals through a combination of facilitated self-study and interactive multi-media resources targeted to meet specific learning styles and knowledge needs.
Upon successfully graduating from our training program, you will be well positioned to pursue further study to obtain the LEAP, CFBS, CLU, ChFC or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP®) designations.
You will receive additional support through a close working relationship with your unit manager, as well as joint work opportunities with experienced financial services professionals. Our resident product specialists are also available to answer questions and assist with case design
Marketing
Whether you are an experienced agent, or you are just starting out, you will find a wide variety of marketing tools and training available to help launch your practice. You will have the opportunity to learn about referral marketing and other proven techniques for growing your prospect and client base. We also have access to turnkey seminar systems, including targeted materials aimed for the business owner market.
